Denies rebate due to their own multiple errors ripoff

I bought a 19" X2gen monitor with a $95.00 rebate like so many other unfortunate souls you've probably already read about.
They denied my rebate initially because they claimed the serial number didn't match. Luckily I kept a copy of the report I gave them proving that they entered it into the system wrong.
They said to refill out a form online and mail it to them again. So I did, and they denied it again stating that there was no signature. The representative on the phone told me I did not need to sign it again since it was just a re-submission due to their error. His name was "R.J."
I had to call their "customer support" number several times a day for about 7-10 days. When I finally got to talk to someone, I told them how their phone system automatically dissconnects callers every 25 minutes. They said they were aware of the problem. 6 weeks later, they are still just "aware" of the problem.
I got through again, asked "Danny" who the supervisor was, and was dissconnected when I was "transfered" to her. After a week of leaving voice-mails and getting dissconected, I finally got someone to physical set the phone down and go and get her rather than transfering me.
I finally got to talk to "Nikki Thomas" who said I could FAX the form again, directly to her, and she would take care of it.
This is the part where you would think something cool would happen, like getting what is rightfuly mine. But shocker, I still don't have my rebate. So I'm back to sitting on hold for 8 25-minute periods a day only to get dissconnected.
