Ripoff And allows minors to see things they shouldn't

I am a single mother of Two and between my children and the sitter being on the computer somehow i got this payment pop up for movie land and Did not sign up for it they said that i would be put on my credit report if it was not paid and since i didn't sign up for anything why do i need to pay for it and they keep sending payment reminders to my pc and that keeps upsetting me when i am in the middle of trying to do something on the pc.
If you go to the part where it says frequently asked questions and then at the bottom customer service it says you can email them and when i do try to email them it says error so of course that doesn't work but it will tell you that you are canceled for free and will stop getting the reminders but they don't stop can someone please help me with this
