Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing spam harrassment

I did'nt want this service but It downloaded through a trick pop-up add. I was bombarded with spam telling me that my three day free period was up and I had to pay for there sevice or It will go to collections like Trans Union. I did'nt download this site. There was no way to contact them but I belive I found there P.O. Box 821650 and all you get is a recording on the phone saying knowone will talk to you but to mail anything business wise (360-449-5933). I tried to cancel It but the pop-up ads would still show up. They want you to pay at least a 30 day order to cancel It which I did'nt do. Since I did'nt pay this are they going to ruin my credit? I was able to remove there program and have'nt seen It since. At least I think I did. My computor seems to be ok as I am concered this is a viris. Consumer affairs said they are a bad site as well as paretologic.com. I filed with the FTC and looked at the BBB and should I now tell Trans Union or anyone else? I don't know about this problem. Are there lawyers invoved?
