Ripoff, Fraudulent acquisition of Credit Card number / Auto-billing Credit Card

I rcvd an email that was junk mail but happened to open it. It indicated "Welcome to out club". Digging in to the web site, it said I would be bulled $9/month. My profile had my CC # and exp date already filled in!!! I got this new credit card in early January 06. The day I ordered car parts from JC Whitney, I believe they sold my info to this outfit.
