Silver Bomber defective wiring design in scooter explodes batteries and makes scooter useless

My father purchased 2 Silver Bomber electric scooters from MacDill AFB as Christmas gifts for my nephew and my son. Both were broken within 90 days.

Upon inspection, the batteries are swollen and close to exploding. I tried calling the 800# listed on the documents that came with the scooters and was unable to leave a message. I tried to find the website that was also in the documentation and it does not exist. I have sent two faxes (which seemed to have gone through to someone) with no response at all.

The company obviously knows there is a problem and has vanished from sight. Anyone that is aware of legal action being taken againt Think Tek, show me where to sign. Disappointing children at Christmas with defective crap and then refusing to accept responsibilty is inexcusable.
