Paylessmoke, com AKA James Parke, AKA GQS.net, Go Daddy Software AKA GoDaddy.com dishonest, takes money, sends no product, doesn't reply to emails, lies about who they are on the phone Internet Interet, New Jersey

Payless.com operates under the false guise of a discount online cigarette outlet. I placed an order through them, using a debit card on Dec. 19. They immediately responded with an email that they have received the order.

The next day, I received another email from them, confirming my payment and order. They gave me an order number.

A couple days later, I received another email stating that my order had been processed and was in transit to the "duty free" zone in Switzerland and would be shipped shortly.

On December 31, I received the last email stating that my order had been shipped out to me that date. It should take approximately 15 - 28 days at the very longest.

Beginning of Feb., I contacted them through their "contact form", stating my concern that I had not yet received them. No reply. A few days later, I sent a second message. No reply. After a 3rd message with no reply, I called one of the phone numbers given (not toll free). I got a voice mail at (973) 710-0282, saying to leave a message and they would call back. That number was in place of using the contact form, supposedly. No return call. I looked up the area code and found it to be New Jersey.

The second number on their website was to order by phone. (678) 318-1986. I was called back immediately by a man, saying that I must have gotten the wrong number, as they did not buy or sell cigarettes, knew nothing of paylessmoke, were a company that sold software, called "GQS". I asked what it stood for, he said nothing. I apppologized and hung up.

Then, a woman from the same "GQS" called me back. This time, I said that I would like to place an order, rather than like with the first one, start complaining about not receiving my order. She sounded counfused. Said same thing, that I had the number right, but last four digits were wrong. They only sold software. I asked her what state she was in. Georgia (I confirmed later). Would not give me a physical or mailing addresss. Said to go to www.ggqs.net - they would have all the info I wanted. Web site seems to be no longer in existance.

I checked out Better-Whois.com. Found out the registrant, James Parker registered the domain name paylessmoke.com through the registrar GoDaddy.com AKA Go Daddy Software, Inc.

The company obviously exists in some form as to that they were able to take my money, corespond, give me an order number, but then not deliver anything. They appear to be hiding behind those people who return the call, but say they know nothing about paylessmoke.com. I want to get these people. They are total frauds, ripoffs and need to be brought to justice.
