Ripoff Will not accept return, threatening to send me to collections, money back guaranteed

I was told that it was a money back guarantee. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. I have not even ask for my money back yet and they are threatening me with collections. Already mailed product back, they would not accept. They sent it back to me. Their disk don't work, it is a rip-off scam. Nothing about it is creditable... I wish I had never even heard of the "Universal Accounting" Company, if they are even a Company. Hopefully by sending this report, the word will get out that it is a scam!!!
