Ripoff They keep debiting my bank account. No one on the phone, 2 calls/2hrs each, knows anything

My People PC account # is *.

I signed up for their service in November only to discover that I couldn't use it because I had a Mac. I called and calcelled right away, and was refunded my money.

Then in December, my account was charged $30.00. I called up and after 2 hours of waiting and being transferred talked to someone who said I'd get a refund. It takes them 2 weeks to process a refund.

I never received it, and in January, they debited my account $25.00. Another 2 hour phone conversation led nowhere. I talked with someone named Fernando, and he said to call back in 72 hours and he would have a response for me.

A week later, they put$5.26 into my bank account. I called Fernando (1 866 772 8722). He didn't know anything. They had not responded to his message.

Although they have a California address, I've talked to people all over the country, and maybe the world. Several people had an Indian accent.

I feel like a bug squished by the corporate machine that doesn't know or care that I'm there.
