Ripoff provides buggy product, refuses to refund

Tanya Schmidt and her staff gave me the run around when trying to fix bugs that appeared the second I first installed this product to test it. I ran this test on my office PC to make sure the 90 bucks I just spent weren't an immediate waste (no trial is provided whatsoever). There were several setbacks, but I did get it to work. So... I installed it on my home computer (which I needed to monitor to see if roommates were using it while I was gone)... I recieved reports for 2 days before it quit working. I am typically gone a week at a time on business and cannot return to the computer to reinstall. This product does not meet the expectations set forth on the site.
I asked for a refund, however I was told that because I had used it on 2 computers, I would not be given a refund as I had violated the license agreement. They continue to try to dodge the issue, still asking support related questions. I have a feeling they will soon stop contacting me at all.
