Incompetent or Criminal? Ripoff

I went to Digitronic Web for cheap web hosting. My domain was transfered to them. A year later, the domain registration lapsed. Digitronic Web never notified me. I was updating my web-site when I found that the URL pointed to some other web-site. Strange. Digitronic had no problem charging my Credit Card with a yearly fee. When I told them that I didn't need web hosting since I had no domain to serve (several e-mails and phone calls), they were unsympathetic. After several more conversations/messages they agreed to cancel the service without refund.

Apparently a year has gone by, because I just got billed another $50 for web hosting. I called them at 1-818-545-1270 to complain and get a refund. The man I talked to said they showed that my account was canceled and that someone from the billing department contact me about a refund. I guess they forgot or thought I would.

I don't trust Digitronic Web, and I would NOT recommend them.
