$2500.00 system crashed, 3mo out of warranty, would not talk to me. Ordered recovery disc, they never sent it. Lies, Promises, Sales Dept. Never return calls RIPOFF

I bought a V2Premier computer from ShopNBC ($2500) in May.in November it was missing a file and would not boot up. I called Viscom and they wouldn't even talk to me, said I was out of warranty. I told them I needed the recovery disc. And he told me it had a bulit in recovery system, to push F4 and it would guid me through.
All it did was totally crash. I lost my C drive and I could do nothing. I called again and asked for the recovery disc, the man told me I would have to call the sales line and they would have to send me out a waiver by E-mail to sign and return, then it would cost me $24.95 to get the recovery disc. I told him I didn't have E-Mail since I didn't have a computer! But I called anyway and I always got a recording.
I Left several messages from Dec. 1 until mid January. I called again and asked to speak to the supervisor the man told me he couldn't help me and because I was out of warranty I didn't have the Privledge to speak to a supervisor. Finally towards the end of January a Jim called from Viscom and told me he would send out the recovery disc.
It is now weeks later and I haven't heard a thing. Never got the disc. I bought several clean up tools, tried without success spent several $ trying to restore, to no avail. Finally I bought a new hard drive, and Windows XP. Since I had lost all my Windows Xp Which, of course, I paid for in the bundle but never got the disc.
I was totally RIPPED OFF. Not only by ViscomTechnology and V2Premier, but also by ShopNBC who is promoting their business.
