Ripoff fraudulent unauthorized charges

I had the same experience as many others here - a $40. Charge to a 900 number appears. My bill for January hasn't come in yet and I'm scared that there's going to be lots more of this junk on it. These people should be in jail for illegally accessing people's computers. If all they get is a fat fine, they will just start up again elsewhere. Judging from all the complaints here this is nothing new. Why hasn't something been done to stop this?
