Traffic Bus a scam, or just horrible service Ripoff

Traffic Bus is a company that optimizes website traffic by makeing your site show up on more search engines. I have been with them for 2 years, and although they take $89 a month from me an added up total of $2136 they have not done a single thing. They have actually said that they have not done anything yet and keep claiming that it's not their fault becouse they are owned by new people and will optimize soon.
About every other month they are bought out by another company and becouse of this they refuse to give any such refund. At this point haveing thrown away more than 2000 dallors for nothing.
I would have to strongly say THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The phone number they give doesn't even work, the only way to talk to them is when they call asking why you havn't signed the paper so they can steal more of your money.
