Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing bad customer service

I am also a victim of the recent mydv scam!

I cancelled my order for a Sony PSP when it did not arrive in time for Christmas (after a 4 week wait), the money was to be refunded to my account. After cancelling the order I purchased a playstation for my son from the High Street.

During the first week of January DHL delivered the playstation to my company address (not signed by me personally) and I had arranged for it to be collected last week. Found out today that mydv has ceased trading.

My credit card company inform me that they cannot obtain a refund because I have the goods, the only way they can offer help is if I return the goods and can prove they have been returned!

So stuck with a playstation intended for the Japanese market, with a manual written only in Japanese and power source that does not conform to UK standards.

Anyone offer any advice?
