Ripoff continual withdrawal from my account which I did not sign fo

This company called me to sign for e-sales through ebay, for a one time proccessing of which I did.

They did not provide the service and I did not use it, because they were unable to do what they promised, despite several efforts by me.

Surprisingly, they continue to make a recurring withdrawal from my account, which put me in a mess. Account was in negative and the bank have to charge me for that.
