Ripoffs, dishonest, fraudulent billing Ripoff

In Aug. 05 I signed up for Interlands Pay per click program which said that they "guaranteed" 240 clicks to my website each and every month. Well minutes after signing up, I called to cancel my account as I felt suspicious. The sales rep. Said well let me talk to my manager to see what we can do (the big game they all play) oh well if you dont cancel we will give you the service for $150.00 for your first month (1/2 of the reg. Price which was $325.00) so I agreed well half way through I called and asked how many clicks I have gotten and it was only like 45 well at this time I should of gotten over 100 (was promised 240/month) so I decided to again cancel my account, ok well you have been cancelled is what I was told. Long story short I have gone through this with 4-5 sales reps and they all claimed my account had been closed well it still till this day (1-06) remains opened they said they cant close it when I have an outstanding balance on my account. I said well all the reps told me that my account had been cancelled and now you want me to pay for you leaving it open and never cancelling it? I dont think so. So now it is open and has a balance of over 900.00 that I REFUSE to pay. My website is down and they are charging me for what, I dont know but are not getting a dime from me. I paid for the first month and if they want to keep my account open thats up to them. Stay away from these crooks!!
