Ripoff, never been lied to so much, ruined xmas thanks

Thanks Mydv for continually lying to me about my order, raised on 8th decemeber for a ipod nano, credit card charges were only 50p higher than the order but i did not know it was going to be converted! They first promised order within 10 to 14 days then on 21st they promised by 24th december, even though it was still in warehouse over the water somewhere.

No response to requests for refunds since January. On a phone conversation they wouldnt give me a refund and promised it would be here 10th/11th january with compensation, and no its still not here and its far too late for xmas anyways.

Now for the long process of trying to get money back from somewhere, shame i cant undo the poor xmas my partner had without a present (that at this point i cannot get from somewhere else as i cant afford it)
