Unresponsive to Customer Inquiries ripoff

This Company is completely insensitive to Customers. I Ordered several items on 01/02, the Order was confirmed. Eight days later I have still not heard anything on the Staus of my Order. Five emails requesting Order Status have been ignored by them. I have no idea if they ever intend to fullfill the Order. The items were listed as being in stock at the time of the Order and a Confirmation and a Order number was issued for it.
Since then not a word as to the status. Guess they don't want my business.in the past they had performed well, but not anymore.
