Antonietta Capocasa And or Laurie Marsillia dba natashasdvd On EBay, lied about item, bootleg dvd failed, took money, no refund, retaliated feedback, a liar & cheat, many cheated RIPOFF

Lied about condition of dvd on ebay auction. We mailed a money orde for the dvd. When it came, we noticed it had no inserts/no artwork. Tried to communicate. Seller continued fraud by stalling with automatic response emails which had nothing to do with our complaint until the time period for returns expired. Wrote 2 letters, left 2 phone messages and 17 emails and seller made no effort to understand our complaint or resolve it with a refund or replacement dvd.

We got no responses to the letters or phone messages. Seller ignored our good faith efforts and does not care about customers and ignores efforts to resolve the problems. Natashasdvd has many negative feedbacks about being cheated and lied to and has over 30 negative feedbacks with references to the bootleg dvds sold to the buyers. Then, when we gave neg feedback, seller retaliated with a neg one with more lies about us. Seller lied about the dvd, took our money, sent a suspected bootleg dvd that did not work, refused to return our money and finally retaliated with lies about us.

This is a bad apple seller that must be removed from ebay.
