I bid on a Jaccuzzi on ebay back on September 15. The Spa cost $2,250 but after all the extras I paid for ie. Steps, Cover Lift, Ozonator, etc. The total was $3,800. A 6 Month warranty is included in the purchase. I received the spa almost 5 weeks later, and 2 1/2 months later still haven't received the Steps & Cover Lift. After having the Spa for Approx 6 weeks it started leaking. I started emailing wholesalerecreation to let them know I needed a Service Call for the leaking on Dec. 5th. No response! I also emailed them Dec. 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th. It's now December 30th and STILL no response!

Wholesalerecreation is still selling their items as usual, it's not like they're out of business or anything. Ebay isn't doing anything either. You think if you purchase an item through Ebay they stand behind the Buyers but NO, they do not. People spend thousands of dollars at wholesalerecreation and when the fault is that of wholesalerecreation instead of an apology and we'll make it right you get BASHED. You truly need to go see the feedback wholesale gives these Buyers, it is UNprecedented. The Sheer AUDACITY of the Owner makes me sick. Here's the emails I've sent to wholesalerecreation in sequence (with no response)!!

December 5th
The Seabrook Spa I ordered from you, #4403032097 leaks like a sieve. I need a service call ASAP. I also have not received the steps and cover lift that I paid for and want an immediate refund as I have replaced those items after giving your Company far more than a reasonable amount of time to ship them. (Almost 12 WEEKS)!

December 6th
WHY have I not gotten a response back yet? The Spa is leaking and I'm afraid the motor is going to burn out. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT HERE???

December 7th
This is now the 3rd day, 3rd email and still no response regarding an urgently needed service call. Ebay will be getting a copy of all my communication to you and lack thereof, from you. How many customers named blonddbythelight do you have that have ordered from you? Still waiting...

December 8th
4th day, 4th email and still no response... I am sending a copy of each of my requests for a service call that go unanswered and ignored to ebay so they can see how you don't support your customers. They need to throw you off ebay and Im going to see that this happens.

December 9th
5th email to you and 5th Day without getting a response back from you for an urgently needed service call. I now want this spa picked up and I want to be completely reimbursed, shipping and all as I am not getting the service which is specifically outlined in the warranty. All my communications are being copied to my email address so ebay can see how you do business.

December 10th
6th email to you and 6th Day without getting a response back from you for an urgently needed service call. Letter I faxed to Ebay:
Dear Sir,
I am completely appalled at wholesalerecreations tactics. We ebayer buyers pay them thousands & thousands of dollars, in my case $3,800 and they have the audacity to put lies on my feedback, stating I cursed and threw a tantrum and that "OTHERS SHOULD AVOID ME". Not only that but I received the jaccuzzi 2 1/2 weeks ago (took almost 4 weeks for production) and they lied again on my feedback stating
