Ripoff

I am filing a complaint with classmates.com! I tried their 7-day free trial membership subscription. When I looked at my email on Dec. 26, I found that I was billed for $39.00 for the Gold membership! Boy was I mad because I will admit that I did forget to cancel before the 7 days was up but I thought that they billed monthly! Not for the whole year!

I could not find classmates.com phone number either like another complaint that some other person wrote to you about this company. But I did a little research and I found out that they are owned by another company, United Online Inc. And their phone number is 1-818-287-3000. I will try and call them today and see if I make any progress! Thanks for your service, because I thought it was hopeless!
