MyDV - took money and do not deliver goods, customer service dept lie to you about delivery

Like many others, I have also been ripped off by MyDV. Ordered a Sony PSP which has not been delivered. HAVE managed to get through to customer services (eventually, after ringing for hours on end) and had the same experience as others on this site - promises of tracking emails which never arrive, promises that delivery will be by 2.30 pm on Christmas Eve which never happened, given names of couriers who I subsequently find have no dealings with MyDV.

Suggest you all contact the Attorney General in Boston and file a Customer Complaint - http://www.ago. State. Ma.Us/sp. Cfm? Pageid=967
