Complete Ripoff!

I saw some of the other reports on herbalsmokeshop.com. I completely agree with them. I placed an order for about $60 over the internet.

I tried contacting FedEx to see if the shipment was being delivered anytime soon, FedEx had no record of such a shipment coming in to my address. I tried calling the smoke shop's toll free number (which is operational only from 9 AM - 3 PM EST)..

The number appears disconnected through the day. HOWEVER, if you call after 3 PM there is a recorded message which says that they are closed for the day! Very clever indeed. This I tried for about 3 days continously. Also went on their site and tried the customer contact form for which I haven't got a response yet either.

Their online order form shows the order as having been "shipped". I can't believe that after claiming so much on their website about being legitimate, the company takes it's customers for a ride like this.

I even (from the previous report filed on this site) contacted Derek - Customer Service Manager on his email ID, I have not got a response to that as well.

How can I best proceed against this company?
