Ripoff takes money but does not ship product

I ordered a zippo lighter gift set in September for my friend's birthday in October. I was charged the amount of $44.66 on 9/19/05 by Brandlighters.com
October came and I did not receive the product. I contacted them, and they said they were behind in shipping. I would receive my merchandise immediately.
A couple of weeks passes and still no product. I have contacted them several times after that, and I have not received any response from them.
I did not receive the merchandise nor have I received the product. I went on the BBB website this AM, and found 15 complaints against them already.
They just began operations in September. Fifteen complaints in 3 months is not a good start.
