No refund and non responsive. I'm tired of being a victim RIPOFF

My business hurts because of a*holes like this. I paid for something and it wasn't presentable or useful for my business. I asked for a refund and basically get spit in my face. This company is a huge scam and its time they get taken down and a taste of their own medication.
