Ripoff, postalfraud, dishonest, ridiculous

I used this dropshipping company and they emailed me and told me that an item was shipped off and provided me with a tracking number through fedex but when I tried to track the item nothing had even left the warehouse yet and this was two weeks later. The tracking number was sent on dec 2 and it is now the 16 and the item has still not left the warehouse.

I tried contacting them and asking to cancel the order and give me a refund but no one will email me back. I checked with my credit card company and it shows that I have been billed so now I am out $500. I have read that many many people have had problems with this company and I just want to make others aware.
