Ripoff sells software refuses support aggressively impolite rude

I bought a nice software for my PDA, Instrument Rating prep for pilots. As I had trouble installing it, I used the support link provided by the seller.

I was treated as a cheater, an aggressive liar. After a while Michael (I finally got a name, a somebody to talk to) sent me a new copy of the software. I installed it and it ran perfectly.

I was happy with the result and wrote a review in pocketgear.com where I bought the software. As I was not happy with the service I gave a grade of 3 on a scale from 1 to 5, explaining that I had to fight to get a result with the support.

It was not appreciated by Michael who denounced it as a tratoury. He did not want me anymore as a customer, reprieve me from my rights of user of his software, will ask pocketgear to refunf me.

The truth is: I am glad he did. Stay away from these companies. Do not take any risk doing business with them. Michael is aggressive and always tries intimidation. No need to work with service and support. Forget it.
