Is a ripoff. They say they have an 800 number for customer service is an answering service and they just transfer you to a voice mail and never call you back. You don't get your product either, Ohio

I ordered a George Foreman GRV660 8-1 toaster oven from this company. I ordered this on the 7th of Dec. I paid this through Pal Pal.

On the 10th of Dec I recevied and email with a tracking number of 1ZY44E540340040894 through UPS. You click on your tracking number and it is suppose to let you know where your order is. I did this and per UPS Tracking they have received shippers billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipement pickup or drop off. Please contact the shipper.

I have tried for 3 days to contact them and still just get a recording I even email customer support with no repose. They have my money and all i have is a useless tracking number.
