New Merchant Services - EIS - JP Morgan Bank - Northe -J. P Lipski ripoff

At this time in my life I feel so ripped off by nNEW MERCHANT SEVICES. SO FAR I HAVE MADE NO Money as they promised i would do and each month I ampaying for a lease on a credit Card machine which I do not need. I tried contacted Mr. Lipski but to no avail. When you call the number to speak to Him or to Ms. Shuba. My call is returned by a Mr. MCGowan who they assigned to me as a consultant. I am frustrated and want out of this lease.

I was contacted earlier this year by a Ms
Esther Shuba and a Mr. J. P Lipski. Concernig an internet business. She promised me that I would have all the support that I needed to be successful in this intenet business and that she would be available to assist me along with the consultant that is assigned to me. I was told that they would set up my website so that it is available to all the search engines to boost my product sales. I was told all my cost would be the lease of a credit card processing machine. I have since discovered that the machine was not necessary and so far since the start of this business I have discovered that the 24 hur support that was promised is null and void. You are always answered by someone on the switch board. I was also told that if the business was not going as they planned I could request to have the lease sold. I sent an e-mail recently to Mt. J. P Lipski requesting that the lease be sold and to my surprise hedid not respond to my e - mail.

I was contacted by the consultant and a Mr. McGowan who wanted to know my Problem. At this point in the business I believe that New merchant services operating out of Patchogue is a rip-off. I contacted a webservice manager to review the Website that was set up and it is a dud. It is set up in a way that you will never have anyone visit that site much less to make a sale. It is poorly constructed and useless.

I believe that other people out there who are having similar problems as I should get an opt out of this busines. I believe that Mr Lipski is a rip-off artist and is using these machine leases to make money wih unsuspecting consumers as my self. So far te cost of the lease per month runs me far more than what I was quoted. I do not intend to loose any more money in this venture. I have discovered that I can buy and sell on the internet without this service and do a lot better and I would like away out. Mr. Lipski is never available nither is Ms Shuba who solicits the accounts and they are not willing to facilitate me to fuulfill any of the agreements made. The consultant assigned to me works a fulltime job and is only available at nights for about an hour and the time that he spends with you is useless seeing that you have to do all the work anyway thay he is supposed tohelp you to do. I do believe that something should be done to prevent other unsuspecting consumer from signing up and becoming a victim of this un wholesome business practcice
