Inc ripoff by lying about air time for radio and TV commercials

I purchased a website for an online pharmacy from Eli Weldon group thinking that I could make some money and stay at home. Then I was contacted by one of their employees Cris Tacy is his name, he sold me on their advertising by out right lying to me saying that I would have a radio and TV commercial that would "AIR" for 6 months for $4,000.00, key word is "AIR". Then I received an invoice in the mail that I am suppose to sign and return to them which I have not because it states right on the invoice that "Eli Weldon Group is not responsible for purchasing airtime for radio and TV commercials". As a result this is out right FRAUD and I informed my credit card company. This is a ripoff and I don't want others to fall prey to them like I did. I have not made one penny back from this and I intend to press fraud charges on them.
