Ripoff-almost 3 years now and no 75.00 rebate consumer fraud ripoff

I have exhausted myself trying to collect a 75.00 rebate from this company, countless calls, e-mails, and letters... Always being refered to a different person or number or department.
I am 3 months away from 3 years waiting and find that I am not close to being alone having problems with this company. With the sheer numbers involved i cant believe class action has not been filed, count me in if someone wants to take the initiative and good luck to all of you waiting for an e-machines rebate check.
