Did not give me the "free" gift certificate even after I completed the 6 offers

I qulifed and completed all the 6 offers in their internet promotion and was then told that I did not qualify for the reward. I then faxed them my receipts as they request that I do and this was two months ago. All they have said is that I do not qualify. They are a criminal business that does not even reward people who do their stupid program. I would like to sue them but I am not sure of how to go about it.
