Billing my card unauthorized charges and fees Internet

I will admit I did go to there site and register. The online instructions said to "verify" who I was they would charge my card $1.00 and then credit it right back. Went thru the whole signup process, and then never used it. I noticed about 3 weeks later a charge on my card for 1 dollar but no credit.

I figured oh well, but then like 5 days later I seen another charge for 6.95. That is bull, I havent even used their site! I want to make sure they stop charging me and credit me back those fees!!!
