Ripoff, false advertising, poor communication, poor quality of instructor, poor lab equipment

I signed up for QA training with these people. They advertised that they trained on siebel banking applications, they provide mock interviews, and we will be ready to work right after the class. They also advertise that each student gets their own computer. They also advertise 100% job placement.

On the day of the class, they oversold their seats, and there were not enough computers for everyone, not enough seats. I also had to bring my own laptop to their class. Software was not installed properly on their machines. Some people just had to watch what the instructor was doing on the projector. The handout that they gave was poor, contains numerous errors and jibberish. The instructor tried his best to cope up with this company's shortcomings but on the final day even he was fustrated.
After the class was complete, they were supposed to assist us in finding jobs, i was told to create a fake resume and they are going to market me using that. More than a month has past and they have done nothing. They just ignore emails.

Employers beware of this company and the candidates they send out, do not believe what is on their resume because its all fake and fraud! I would also check them for immigration violations.
