False Advertising & Poor Service, ripoff

I received an email on November 9th offering $25.00 off my first purchase at Bidz.com. The email contained no information on an expiration date, etc. I have since registered and won an item.

I emailed customer service prior to paying for the item to see how I redeemed my $25.00 Gift Certificate. They replied that the certificate had expired on October 31st. I forwarded the intial advertisement email from November 9th, to which they responded "it's a fully automated system of which we have no control".

Beware!!!
