Bought a script and hosting from this person via EBay.
Charged my PayPal account for hosting, then cancelled my account. He still owes me $6.95!
He also sold me a Classified Ads script that had more bugs than a southeast Washington DC apartment. I lost another $8.95 there.
PayPal is dragging it's feet on my case, so I am warning all of the people who read this site.
