Bidz.com
Swindling, Deceptive unprofessional service Ripoff

Internet & Web

During the Summer of 2005 I was bidding on a few items, some were okay and some were'nt, all of it was jewelry, right before the 4th of July I won a bid for 2 Tanzanite rings, 1 was 1.50 carats in sterling silver valued at over $100, the other was white gold with diamonds and a solitaire tanzanite almost 5 carats valued at $500. Surprisingly I won the bids for both and my total when I paid by credit card for both rings was $115. What a steal I thought 2 rings for $115 dollars. Well I waited because i knew they were coming and they never showed up, i emailed and called i had to file a report, i don't think they ever sent those rings out to me and i went through so much to get my money back sending out forms and getting papers notarized the customer service was lousy the people that work there don't care and from what I heard they have ghost bidders that jack up the prices for the real people bidding. It was a horrible experience it really is too good to be true.
