Ripoff Lies on Money Back. Six month waiting and no action taken by them. Missisauga

HotDeals promised me to give my money back if not satisfied. I trusted them. I had a very good service while conecting dial-up internet with them. They where easy to contact by phone. Polite and helpful. I have to call them a few time to setup the computer and the password they gave me. A phone call away... Mark or Julie where easy to joint. They took money on my credit card for one year subscription in advance. They give me help with connecting internet. Everything was fine.

I call them for help because of my phone billing was charged with use of dialers wich I did not know what it was. HotDeals was not able to help me or protect me. So I ask if there was a way to avoid dialer. No help. The became hard to reach.

After tens of messages, I managed to talk to Mark at HotDeals. I simply told them they where not able to serve me. I cannot contact the company who take money from me. I needed to let dozens of messages and they still ignore me and they do not call back. So just close my account and give me my money back. After all, that was your promise. I told him.

Mark told me that Julie would give me full refund money back. I waited... Waited... Waited... Then, I called. They promise and promise again.

They took vacation. They lost my file. They ask many times for my credit card number??? Then suddenly, they became IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I let close to a hundred messages on their answering machine. I called at different times and different days... Nothing. I decide to try to find help. Here I am!
