Ripoff, false claims, tricky billing, sales tricks

This company claimed their ink cartridges were twice as good and would last twice as long. I found this claim to be totally false.

Their prices exceeded those from other sources and they tried to bill me for more than I ordered. They quoted a low price, but didn't say I had to buy multiple cartridges to get that price. After I refused to receive any more cartridges they were rude and very pushy.

I am extremely disappointed in a poor product, improper sales techniques, and terrible customer service.
