Ripped me off, then never mailed items, then slandered and insulted my entire family.internet

I bid on this woman's items in order to find some cheap gently used clothing for my coming baby. Which she then charged me $28.00 shipping for. Waited, and waited and waited items never came.

Filed report with ebay, who instructed me to cancel payment on the check I had wrote to her because the items never arrived, she had nothing to prove she ever mailed the package. So, I did that.

I never did recieve the items, which would have solved the whole problem and I would have sent her a different payment. She went on to call me trailer trash, that my child was a bastard, as well as a long list of nasty names. She even told other ebay members that I had stolen the check I had written her and wrote it from a closed account. Also, NOT true.

She never could explain where the package had gone/wound up or verify that she even mailed it, yet expected me to pay for it.
