Kept Billing Me After I Cancelled, Won't Refund It All - Anyone know how to start a class-action lawsuit?

AOL continued to bill me for ten months after I cancelled. Customer service and the billing department treated me vilely when I complained.

After numerous phone calls at different departments, I wrangled six months back from them, but they owe me another four months. I couldn't get past the assistant to the Executive Vice President, who refused to issue me the rest owed. I am furious, and judging from the number of complaints on this one site alone, AOL is bilking Americans on a daily basis in the same way.

Anyone know how to get a class-action lawsuit about this started?
