Teen son did survey for field trip money, didnt get paid

My son did a survey for them because he needed money for a field trip to Wash. Dc. Almost 4 months later still not paid. I did a survey for them before he did and still have not been paid. After the fifth unanswered email I sent them. They were nice enough to send me a link to withdraw from panel.
