MSN Entertainment Music
Ripoff, Error, Rubber's Ball, Refuses Refund, Theft, Bad MSN Premium software, buggy Redmond

Internet & Web

MSN Entertainment Music section ripped me off for Paul McCartney's Fineline song. When I tried to get a refund it was like trying to get into the difficult and buggy to connect with MSN gaming zone. The MSN email form failed to connect to MSN leaving me up the creek without a paddle. I've spent an hour trying to correct this charging error. I could've driven out to the store and been back without getting both ripped off for the two songs McCartney didn't put up for sale and the MSN rip off struggle. The site said it doesn't give refunds ingeneral, but in some situations will issue a refund. Well MSN cheated me out of the cost of MSN radio as I closed out my account and was charged another month inspite of my efforts to resolve the problematic software and billing robber's ball. Tonight I downloaded all the songs from Chaos & Creation, and was finishing up with Fineline which isn't offered under same album. The first time I got an error messaging saying the song failed to download, and that I would not be charged for the song. So I tried it again and this time it worked charging me for the song, then the first ones jumps back up and downloads charging me twice for the same song. I wish Bill Gates would stop robbing me personally and give back all the money's he stolen from me.
