After taking my money (SEAMLESSLY), I was sent me an email with a tracking number that my order was shipped. 2 days later another email: "Out of Stock"... Upon contacting customer service they said they would issue a refund. They do not respond to email - their phone is disconnected. COMPANY CHANGED its name from rowcal.com to aibahn.com (same website).
They are still advertising the product and keeping my $
