Took $2000 of my money, didn't do anything, won't refund RIPOFF

I am really perturbed BEYOND WORDS at this company for the way they handle advertisers. I have $2,000 sitting with them for 2 years now, of which NOTHING WAS DONE with it.

I had a sales rep by the name of Fred, who said they would build a web site advertising my web site (this was 2 years ago, and I saw NO TRAFFIC FROM IT)

Then, 5 months ago after calling and calling MANY times to find out where my money is, a new rep by the name of Ron Hume calls me and tells me to put the money and set up the pay per click account, which I did, online.

Again, I see NOTHING coming from them. I just checked my balance, I still have $1,961.00 in my balance on the account and I want it back.

What a waste of money to give them $2000 two years ago and they have done NOTHING with it. I have left NUMEROUS messages, they don't bother to call me back. I left messages for Fred, for Ron, and called twice for a supervisor and no one answers me.

I have even sent them a certified letter that if they didnt refund the money I would strike back.

I believe they are running a scam, I have no choice but to see otherwise.

I am STILL trying to get my money back but have no authority to go to on this.
