Recently tried to buy something from someone on ioffer.com and almost lost my shirt. Ioffer will not help you at all. The best help was from paypal who within a week gave me a full refund. The seller was able to set up an acccount with ioffer and make out that he was selling a high ticket item. Once I discovered that things did not seem right I got in touch with paypal and they were very helpful. It seems that you can not get information from ioffer until after the fact. Once I got my money back and asked for my account to be closed ioffer sent me the sellers information when I threatened with a lawyer. It was 2 week later that ioffer sent the information which may not be legit as the phone number the seller gave paypal was not a valid number so I guess the address was not real. So buyer beware and I would stay very far away from iofffer.com.
