Used receipt from Best Buy to request my refund. Receipt was all that was required. Rec'd letter from young america Rebate RIPOFF

I purchased an e machines bundle from bst buy with their word that i would get &320.00 in rebates from ass'td rebate people. At this writing, i have received $270.00. The missing rebate is from young america.

I received a letter from them saying that my request was missinig the label from the carton showing model&serial number despite the fact that best buy ahd printed on their receipt to me, that all that was required for said rebnate was the receipt taht they issued to me at the time of my purchase.

When i called best but about my problem, the said they were sorry and hung up the phone.

I cut the label from box and sent it along with their letter to me (they requested same). I sent the entire package to them by ceritfied mail for the second time. When i called the us postal service to check on the date young america signed for it, they had no record of the signing date.
