Ripoff

I've purchased a battery charger from this company, and shortly after the battery charger burnt out. Email from the company said I could return it (and no mention of an rma), and that they would forward it to the manufacturer and they'll determine the fault, blah blah.

However, actually returning it these creeps tell me "no rma #", 30 day policy, blah blah, and returning my package back to ME. Then, why did this idiot email me saying I could return it? Dumb idiots sell defective garbage and don't stand behind it.

Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company again. So many parts, what a shame.
