I ordered a pair of Colorblend (True Sapphire) contacts and a starter kit for my daughter. The kit plus shipping (as they stated USPS 2-3 day priority mail) cost $25.00.

I paid for the merchadise with my Visa credit card, on Monday July 18. It was order number #2734. We waited and never received the product. I then e-mailed the "rudyjones" e-mail address and never received a response.

I asked my daughter to find a phone number so I could call and instead of finding a contact phone number we discovered a usacomplaints.com.
