My wife purchased his Find Motivated Sellers program last year at The Creative Investor 2004 Convention in Orlando, FL with a "complete money-back guarantee". After three months of not being able to get the software to function properly (with a state-of-the-art computer system) with daily calls to the Tech Support person, we were given the authorization for return directly from Scott, for a full an complete refund. At our own expense it was shipped back to the address provided and we waited for the refund.

When no refund was processed, Mary sent regular emails to your company email address and the previous email contact and never received any reply. She also attempted contacts to you by phone with no return calls received.
